Prior to her arrival in 2006, Erica coordinated weddings at Hyatt Regency Islandia, where she was first able to showcase her astounding attention for detail, her astute eye for style, and commitment to execution. Throughout the years, Erica has dedicated herself to making lasting memories and is truly inspired by the close bonds she forms with her couples and witnessing the love between them. Her distinct passion for what she does played a big role in the Estancia's recognition of being "Best Wedding Venue" by San Diego's ABC affiliate, KGTV-Channel Ten.
For Erica, the most rewarding part of the event planning process comes when she sees the groom's faces as they watch their soon-to-be brides walk down the aisle; the smiles on their faces lets her know they have achieved success.
