Nine treatment rooms include a couple’s bungalow with a private deck and an outdoor soaking tub for two. Beyond the treatment rooms there is a eucalyptus steam room, men’s and women’s saltwater whirlpools, a meditation garden, and indoor and outdoor relaxation areas with a grand fireplace.

Bridal Blessings is $3,000 for a party of five and includes 50-minute Estancia massages, 25-minute HydraFacials, two poolside cabanas, five splits of Moët champagne, and fruit, cheese and dessert platters. Groom’s Group is $1,750 for five, with a 50-minute hot stone massage, a poolside cabana, a bottle of Herradura reposado tequila, and a cheese and fruit platter. Couple’s Retreat is $699 and Mother’s Love is $379. Your Day, Your Way is $539 for an 80-minute service, a 50-minute service and an add-on; book six and the bride or groom’s package is complimentary. Treatments are made with primarily organic ingredients, and the skincare lines on the menu are Nelly De Vuyst, Comfort Zone and FarmHouse Fresh. Several signature treatments are built on botanical and food-derived ingredients. The Vino Illume Facial uses lactic acid regenerated from grape skins over Comfort Zone’s Sublime base. The Vino Illume Body Polish uses a natural sugar scrub. The Bee YOUtiful Indulgence is a honey ritual with a whipped honey exfoliation, a propolis body wrap, a botanical scalp treatment and a magnolia honey oil massage. The resort keeps an apiary and a chef’s garden on the grounds.

Current pricing runs from $240 for the 50-minute Smoked Whiskey Stone Ritual or the 50-minute Vino Illume Body Polish, to $375 for the 80-minute Vino Illume Facial, $460 for the 100-minute Old Fashioned Indulgence and $499 for the 100-minute Bee YOUtiful Indulgence. The HydraFacial booty treatment is $250. For a full day, the La Jolla Package pairs a 50-minute Estancia Signature Massage with a 50-minute Estancia Signature Facial and includes a pool pass, complimentary parking, and a lunch voucher worth up to $40 at The Palma, Monday through Thursday.
